ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of court by disobeying the orders of this Court dated 19.01.2017 passed in W.P.No.43806 of 2016.

2. No representation for the petitioner. It is stated by the learned standing counsel for the Transport Corporation that the order of the writ court has been complied with today i.e. on 26/07/2021 and the terminal benefits has also been settled in favour of the petitioner. 3.In case, the petitioner is aggrieved against the quantum of settlement, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law, as such, the disobedience alleged is not willful in nature.
