Since the convict prisoner has not completed one year of imprisonment after he was granted leave by an order this Court dated 13.08.2024 in W.P.No.20023 of 2024 for the period between 20.08.2024 to 09.09.2024, he would be ineligible to avail leave as per Rule 22(3) of the Tamil Nadu Prison Manual.
