The application has been taken by the father of the minor child seeking the custody of the minor from 1st May 2023 to 19th May 2023. When the application was listed before this Court on 27.04.2023, it was intimated that an arrangement have been arrived at between them to have the custody of the minor child during the month of May.

2. Today when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the father had submitted that as per the arrangement the respective parties had the custody of the child. In such view of the matter no further orders are required to be made in this application and hence this application is closed.
