O R D E R
This petition has been filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P No.74 of 2017 pending on the file of II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Devakottai for further disposal.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, both the parties appeared before this Court and submitted that both the petitioner as well as respondent have settled the matter amicably and they have decided to live together. Both the petitioner and respondent filed a joint memo of compromise dated 10.07.2018 duly signed by both the parties and their respective counsel.
4. Being satisfied that the matter has been amicably settled, the joint memo of compromise is recorded. In view of the joint memo of compromise, H.M.O.P.No.74 of 2017 filed by the respondent/husband before the II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore is ordered to be withdrawn to the file of this Court by invoking power under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 5. With the above direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
