ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai to expedite and dispose the CC.No.110 of 2018 in accordance with law.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the case is pending from the year 2018 in CC.No.110 of 2018, not even a single witness is examined so far. Therefore, this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the witnesses are to be produced for future hearings.
4. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and the fact that not even a single witness is examined in this case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
