This matter listed under the caption "for being mentioned" today. On 16.04.2019 while dismissing the Crl.O.P.No.10344 of 2019 is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks reduction of the said time limit. Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. In other respects, the earlier order dated 16.04.2019 remains unaltered.
