This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.02.2015, investigate the same and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner had lodged a complaint to the respondent Police and on the said complaint, petition enquiry is pending. Hence, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttarpradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC1.
