ORDER

When the matter came up today for hearing, it was submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the sale deed, which was kept as pending document in P/Thiruporur/78/2024 dated 04.03.2024 though registered, has now been released to the petitioner.

2. Since the petitioner has received the document, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Thus, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
