This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR on the complaint dated 23.7.2015, expedite the investigation and submit a final report in time bound manner and grant other reliefs.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 23.07.2015 against her husband and petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.79 of 2015. It is also represented that, matrimonial proceedings are pending between the parties.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, the husband appeared before the Police and submitted that his wife is having suicidal tendencies. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to call both the parties and conduct enquiry in accordance with law in CSR.No.79 of 2015, expeditiously. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
