2. There is no appearance for the petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the entire retirement benefits to the petitioner has been settled.
3. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed. In case the petitioner is aggrieved against the quantum of settlement, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to workout his remedies in accordance with law.
