Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to grant temporary registration certificate to the petitioner to undergo CRRI training (Internship) in the 5th respondent College or in any other approved medical college hospital to complete the training in terms of the results declared in the 4th respondent's web site for the final year (Part-II) MBBS Course so as to enable him to pursue their post graduation degree.
