Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of . However, it is made clear that no view has been expressed by this Court on the entitlement or correctness of the claim made by the Petitioner and the First Respondent/*District Revenue Officer shall dispose of the appeal of the Petitioner on merits in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to the Petitioner and file a compliance report before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 15.10.2019.
