Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the records from the third respondent relating to the enquiry proceedings of the third respondent dated 7.5.2018 in respect of charge sheet Ref.No.CO:HRM:VIG:CH(S):CS:401:2016-17 dated 21.2.2017 issued by the second respondent together with all consequential proceedings and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, mala fide without jurisdiction and to consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to have legal practitioner (Advocate) to defend in the enquiry before conducting enquiry in respect of the charge sheet dated 21.2.2017.
