Application No.398 of 2018 PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.

This application is taken out for prohibiting the respondents / Garnishees 3 and 4 from making any payment to the respondents 1 and 2 and prohibiting the respondents 1 and 2 from receiving any amount from the Garnishees. As early as on 10.01.2019, an order has been passed in favour of the applicant prohibiting the Garnishees from disbursing the amount.

2.It is stated that an award has been passed as early as on 31.03.2016. Though it is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that the third respondent Garnishee is having amount to the tune of Rs.2,60,000/-(Rupees Two Lakhs Sixty Thousand only), there is absolutely no document produced in proof of the same. As award has already been passed and already a prohibitory order is issued by this Court which continues till date, it is open to the applicant to put the award in execution.
