This application has been filed to permit the applicant to amend the short and long cause title in the plaint.

2. On 12.06.2023 this Court has passed the following order:

" At request of the learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff for filing better affidavit, the matter is ordered to be listed on 22.06.2023."

3. In compliance thereof the applicant / plaintiff has filed a better affidavit.

4. Since summons for D1 and D2 can be effectively served only after their names and other details are properly described in the short and long cause title , I feel that this application should be allowed.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
