Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja Govt.Advocate Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer patta for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of

this writ petition in the name of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Since the representation of the petitioner is an old one, the petitioner will have to submit a fresh online application seeking for transfer of patta. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application with the first respondent seeking for transfer of patta.

4.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner is allowed to submit a fresh online application seeking for transfer of patta and a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties.

6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application seeking for transfer of patta. 7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application seeking for transfer of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition along with the supporting documents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the first respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
