With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 06.02.2024 and issue/transfer patta for the petitioner's property within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner had purchased the subject property by way of a registered sale deed dated 08.04.2021. In the sale deed the measurement of the property was wrongly mentioned and the same was rectified vide rectification deed dated 27.12.2021. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner made online application on 06.02.2024 for issuance of patta for the petitioner's land, the same was not considered by the respondent till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 2/4

06.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
