ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1481 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32944 of 2019 order dated 05.02.2020, the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions till lock down.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
