(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the 2nd respondent police on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent under Section 498 (A), 323, 504, 506 & 34 IPC, seek anticipatory bail.

2.A perusal of the material papers would show that the case arises out of a dispute between son of the petitioners and his wife. The 2nd respondent has chosen to issue notice under Section 41(1)(A), requiring the appearance of the petitioners. The petitioners are 75 and 71 years old senior citizens. In view of the pandemic, they cannot travel to comply with the notice under Section 41(1)(A) issued by the 2nd respondent police.
3.In view of the above facts, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail up to 30 days after withdrawal of the travel restrictions. The petitioners can move the jurisdictional Court for Anticipatory Bail within 30 days after removal of the travel restrictions and seek anticipatory bail.
4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
