This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to release the vehicle Toyota Innova bearing registration Reg. No. PY-01 AC 4114 seized in Crime No.530 of 2018, as per the order passed on 06.03.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.192 of 2019 by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mayiladuthurai.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is seen that the petitioner filed the petition for return of vehicle before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mayiladuthurai. The learned Magistrate ordered to release the vehicle in Crl.M.P.No.192 of 2019 by an order dated 06.03.2019 on conditions. The conditions imposed by the learned Magistrate was duly complied by the petitioner and also executed the sureties. Even then the respondent has to refused to release the vehicle. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to release the vehicle Toyota Innova bearing Registration No.PY-01 AC 4114 seized in Crime No.530 of 2018 as per the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.192 of 2019 dated 06.03.2019 by the learned Magistrate, forthwith.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
