ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.04.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 302 of IPC and Section 25(1)(a) of Arms Act in Crime No.47 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.This is the second bail application before this Court. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has two wives. The deceased is the son of the petitioner through his first wife and A1 to A4 are the sons of the petitioner through his second wife. The petitioner along with other accused persons requested the deceased to give his property infavour of the sons of the second wife. When he was refused, all the accused conspired and caused the death of the deceased on 29.03.2021. The first accused said to have used fire arm and other accused used deadly weapons to cause injuries, which resulted in death of the deceased. Hence the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is a senior citizen. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner along with other accused persons had committed murdered the deceased. He further submits that the petitioner was a man behind this penal act and murdered his own son and the investigation is still pending. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
