ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for the records of the proceedings in S.C.No.14 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tiruvallur and to quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction.

2.It is seen that the petitioners had already filed a quash petition in Crl.O.P.Nos.27804 of 2018 before this Court on 14.12.2018 at the stage of pending of committal proceedings in P.R.C.No.3 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, wherein, this Court quashed the entire proceedings pending in P.R.C.No.3 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur by its order dated 14.12.2018.

3.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, without the knowledge of the said order, committed the proceedings before the Trial Court and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.14 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tiruvallur. Since the entire proceedings has already been quashed before this Court, no further order is required to pass in this quash petition.

4.Therefore, the Trial Court, viz. The Principal Sessions Court, Tiruvallur, is hereby directed to close the entire proceedings in S.C.No.14 of 2019 based on the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27804 of 2018 dated 14.12.2018. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
