This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 27.08.2015 by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the second respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
