ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Habeas Corpus has been filed for directing the 1st respondent to cause the production of the petitioner's male child Sharvesh, who is kept in an undisclosed destination and under the control of the 2nd respondent. 2.The respective learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the 2nd respondent would submit that the parties were relegated to resolve the issues through mediation. However, the endeavour made to conciliate failed. 3.Therefore, the parties have to resolve the issue by approaching the competent Court of law. However, the child in not under illegal detention and therefore, Habeas Corpus Petition would not arise. 4.Consequently, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
