ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 2.1.2024 in the light of the recommendation of the third and fourth respondents vide proceedings Roc.No.8622/2014/A1 dated 1.4.2015 and Letter No.E.Ser

3[2]/34078/2022 dated 10.5.2023.

2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has already been considered and the same was also communicated to the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Home (Cts.I) Department. Learned Senior Counsel has also placed on record a typed-set of papers containing the communication dated 12.10.2023 informing the second respondent that the High Court has resolved not to confer Magisterial power on the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, no further orders need be passed in the writ petition. It is for the petitioner to challenge the communication dated 12.10.2023, if he is aggrieved.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
