[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 33 days to file a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent; to set aside the abatement; and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent who is the sole respondent in the appeal.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2, 3, 5, 6 and 8 states that the proposed parties have no objection. Though the counsel has not secured vakalat from two other legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent, there is substantial representation.
