This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.08.2015, to investigate the same and file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, on a complaint given by this petitioner, petition enquiry is conducted in CSR.No.118 of 2015, along with the complaint given by one R.T.Suresh, the opposite party and both the complaints have been closed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
