Already, the learned counsel for the appellant has reported no instructions, when the matter was called on 04.01.2018, by way of filing a memo and accordingly as the appellant was absent on being called, Registry was directed to list the matter today (i.e) on 05.01.2018, under the caption "for dismissal", by printing the name of the appellant in the cause list.
