This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioners dated 07.01.2020 and 07.02.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioners they were issued CSR.No.11 of 2020 and thereafter enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 06.02.2020.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the criminal original petition is closed.
