PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent police to register a F.I.R. and take necessary action against the said persons in accordance with law based on the complaint filed by the petitioner dated the 11th day of August 2015 CSR No.686/2015.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register an F.I.R on the complaint dated 11.08.2015 filed by the petitioner in CSR No.686/2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.686 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
