This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for transferring the prosecution in C.C.No.79 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi to the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Coimbatore, in accordance with the Provisions of Ordinance No.6 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This petition cannot be entertained and hence, the same is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi and seek for transfer of the records, if the Provisions of Ordinance No.6 of 2015 has not lapsed.
