This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Session Judge, Niligiris, to complete the trial in S.C.No.2 of 2018 within time stipulated by this Court as expeditiously as possible.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Session Judge, Niligiris is directed to complete the trial of the case in S.C.No.2 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
