2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3091 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.65 of 2025, dated 24.02.2025 is relaxed.
