This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.08.2015 and investigate the same, under the supervision of the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the dispute is between the brother and sister and that, petition enquiry has been closed on the statement given by the petitioner. A copy of the statement is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
