The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that earlier the very same petitioner filed a writ petition in WP.723 of 2018, wherein, an order was passed on 19.01.2018 in respect of the very same LPG Distributorship at Nallavanpaliyam. without disclosing those facts, the present writ petition is filed by the very same petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, though initially contended that the prayer in this writ petition is a different one, however, subsequently, sought to withdraw this writ petition.

3. Considering the fact that this Court has already passed an order in WP.No.723 of 2018, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
