Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the Appeal Petition submitted by the petitioner dated 06.08.2017 under the provisions of Registration Act and to take appropriate action against the discrepancy in registration of Document No.4886 of 2010 on the file of third respondent.

O R D E R The present Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed on two grounds.

2. The person against whom the relief sought for removing the entry made in the register pursuant to document No.4886 of 2010 has not been made as a party respondent despite the direction of this Court. Further, any document registered had to be cancelled and title disputes had to be resolved only through Court and not by virtue of invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, that too without impleading necessary party.

3. The Writ Petition is dismissed, accordingly. No costs.
