This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to comply the order dated 01.07.2020 made in Crl.O.P. No.9781 of 2020 passed by this Court directing the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthangarai and to execute the sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9781 of 2020, dated 01.07.2020, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
