ORDER

[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to grant parole for fifteen days to the petitioner's son named Manikandan @ Kalamani, son of Subash (Convicted Prisoner No.14935), aged 37 years, now confined in the Central Prison, Cuddalore, before this Court and further directing the respondents to consider him immediately for the parole and for consequential orders.

It is seen that by order dated 07.08.2020, this Court had granted leave to the Convict Prisoner Manikandan @ Kalamani (C.T.No.14935) from 08.08.2020 to 28.08.2020. 3.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that Manikandan @ Kalamani (C.T.No.14935) availed the aforesaid leave and surrendered in compliance with the order dated 07.08.2020.

Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
