This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24945 of 2018 dated 26.10.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Katpadi, on 25.04.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.
