ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to reclassify the land and issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to the writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

According to the petitioner, the lands more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition has been wrongly classified as "Poramboke /Boomidhan land". Hence, the petitioner had submitted a representation on 10.02.2026 to the 1st respondent seeking for reclassification of the land and for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner claims that she is in possession of the property for number of years. 3.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated above, is directed to be disposed of by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2026. 5.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2026, seeking for reclassification of the land in respect of the properties more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. No costs.
