Petitioners have come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondents to settle the retirement benefits of the deceased Chandrasekar to them based on the directions issued by this Court on 02.04.2013 in W.P.No.1901/2007 and in the light of their representation, dated 10.02.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the material documents available on record.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the Respondents herein to consider the Petitioners' representation dated 10.02.2020 as regards settlement of retirement benefits of the deceased Chandrasekar to them, in accordance with law and in the light of the order dated 02.04.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1901/2007, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
