ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to forthwith issue a computer extract of patta No.2978 in his name in respect of the property measuring an extent of 0.12 cents in Survey No.84/4 of Padiannallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallore District, pursuant to the application dated 27.02.2015 made by him under token No.1187.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that though the petitioner has given his representation as early as on 27.02.2015, for the issuance of computer patta, the second respondent has not issued the same yet.

3. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 27.02.2015, for the issuance of computer patta and pass orders in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2015, for the issuance of computer patta and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With this observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
