This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the investigation in connection within the complaints dated 27.03.2017 and 07.04.2017 (C.S.R.No.265 of 2017 and 308/2017) respectively in accordance with law.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
