CR.NO.251 OF 2004 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hosur, Krishnagiri District dated 20.12.2018 in SC No.07/2007 against the petitioners and enlarge the petitioners on bail pending disposal of Criminal Appeal in C.A.No.34 of 2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAJAMOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S R.MUNIYAPPARAJ,GOVT.ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This Court, by order dated 04.06.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.6023 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.34 of 2019, granted interim bail to Sridhar Reddy (A3), petitioner herein, till 24.06.2021 with a direction that he should surrender before the Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Vellore, on 25.06.2021.

It is reported that Sridhar Reddy (A3) has availed the interim bail and surrendered before the Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Vellore, on 25.06.2021.
