PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry, in Crl.M.P.No.33 of 2015 dated 19.8.2015.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward seeking modification of condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry, in Crl.M.P.No.33 of 2015 dated 19.8.2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before trial court instead of appearing before the respondent daily at 9.00 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. According to the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry), charge sheet has been filed in this case and the case is pending in S.C.No.78 of 2010, Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Pondicherry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in this case and hence the petitioner may be directed to appear before the trial court instead of the respondent police.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry, in Crl.M.P.No.33 of 2015 dated 19.8.2015, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court, weekly twice at 10.30 a.m., first and last working of the week until further orders and appear before the trail court for all the hearings without fail.
