The petitioner is an approved civil contractor and its approval has not been renewed from the year 2019 - 2020. His grievance is that even though necessary applications were made in time and documents were also provided, the authorities have not considered it. The petitioner, therefore, has preferred a representation to the second respondent to this effect. As there was no response to his representation, he has filed the instant writ petition. 2.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the form of typed set of papers.
3.This court now directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner on its merit and if necessary to grant him a right of hearing on the subject and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed. However, there is no order as to costs.
