This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 07.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint and the counter complaint, CSR No.420 and 422 of 2016 were registered and the land was measured by the revenue authorities. After the revenue authorities measured the land, the petitioner has dug the well and has once again made a fresh complaint dated 07.07.2016, making allegations against the opposite party. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR.
