ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondent bank to accept the balance sale consideration of Rs.4.5 Lakhs and issue the certificate of sale in favour of the petitioner by considering his representation dated 04.07.2020, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner, who, is the successful bidder and auction purchaser, after paying the initial amount, could not pay the balance in view of the pandemic situation.

3. On a query, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Bank submitted that if the petitioner pays the remaining amount within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the sale would be confirmed.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the said amount will be paid within the period aforesaid.

5. Accordingly, recording the statement made by both the counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of.
