O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3, made a submission that the period of contract was expired on 31.08.2021 and due to Covid-19, fresh Tender Notification has not been issued so far.

2. In view of the fact that the contract was expired on 31.08.2021, the issues raised in this writ petition deserve no further adjudication.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
