CRIME NO.13 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioners shall report before the Tiruppur Town (North) Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. for until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.3432 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.3111 of 2021 order dated 23.04.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E. RAJTHILAK Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 3111 of 2021 on 23.04.2021.

2. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu, (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10 am., till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.
